LOL! I've also thought long and hard about somehow integrating white DRL LED's into our E60's. I made some mockups on Photoshop:

But, seriously, I don't know if there is a classy way to do it. And I don't wanna do unless it looks classy (which is why I tried to mock it up before actually cutting and/or drilling into the car).

You should try to mock up your idea, maybe you can think of a better way to integrate them.

 

I don't think that looks integrated at all. I'd rather have nothing than do that to my car, personally.
