Funny, my daughter is getting married tomorrow and we are all excited, for more reasons than one... I took today to do several things and one being cleaning my car and getting all the nasty pollen off. After it was cleaned, she approached me and said that was really sweet that I would clean the car so her and her new husband could use it when they leave the wedding tomorrow. At that time I was swallowing some beer and almost choked! The first picture of horrors that popped in my mind was all the pranks that peolple tend to play and all the writing on the car! Absolutlely NO WAY! She has a 2008 911 and doesn't want this to happen to her car, so she thinks it will be ok for it to be done to mine.... Hmmmmm, I love her, but not sure quite that much. Then her next excuse was that her car is too small and the dress and all... I could only say Life is not fair, I'm sorry.... HA!

Not sure about it being disrespectful unless what ever being done is damaging. I've heard of horror stories and don't even want to risk it. I say if the Porsche is really too small drive the new hubbies car! Lol

Just make sure whoever is supplying the writing tools brings Erasable Bingo Markers, not Sharpies?
I say let her borrow the car anyway.. Seems like you guys aren't doing that bad with a 911/E60 father-daughter car combo... Worst case, stick her with the bill! HA!
Congrats BTW!

I'm not exactly sure what they use to write on the car with, I think something like show polish. Mainly it's done on the glass, but you know there will be someone that decides to write on the painted surface. My wife said, it washes off! I just don't want to end with a bad day tomorrow so maybe it's best they just use the new son in-laws car or even better my old Toyota truck!
