Happy New Year.

Guys I your need help

I tried installing some chrome finishing on my cluster and ended changing my mind, this was after I realized the sensitivity with the cluster needles.

I managed to set all needles back, however after setting the economy needle, the zero started from the 10 mark.. The funny thing is that it's working but on the wrong scale. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong or not doing or even if I damaged it?

Thanks for any help

Maybe when you reinstalled the panel one of the connectors - or a pin in one of the connectors was misalligned?? I don't remember reading that the instrument panel required re-coding if it was the same as installed originally.

Good luck figuring it out .. .. you don't want to have to check the fuel gauge to see if you're over-reving the engine

I'm actually hoping it was misaligned. I also don't believe that it requires recoding.....

I was also told that the worm gear could have collected dust when it was opened and caused it to stop at ten rather than reset at zero.....

hoping to get more responses......thanks for your input buddy

I played around with my cluster, after that my economy needle does not work at all...

Any thoughts?
