Damp in adaptive headlights

My Ride: 07 E61 530d M-Sport.
No flash to pass halogen on the adaptive headlights and the xenons are only 35w and inside a projector lens. They need replacing if they are really bad, at the end of the day Hella didn't design the lights to mist up so its not right.

Well, my '04 has adaptive lights, bixenons, angel eyes and flash to pass halogens. The projectors are not sealed and open to the rest of the headlight assembly air. 35W will warm the air and expel moisture, just takes longer than hight wattage. If you want the moisture to get out faster, disconnect the electrical plug as this opens the assembly to the outside atmosphere. Head the headlight (carefully) with a heat gun or something.

Your car has the older headlights. andrewsweetnams is an LCI and has cornering lights instead of a halogen lamp, flash to pass stikes the xenons up. Turning the lights on will not dispel the moisture and if the day is damp it will just cause more due to condensation. The only fix is to get the lights replaced like a couple of us have. They are faulty if the mist up that much.
