On july 29
i left my car in service at crevier for a damaged wheel. I was informed they needed my car for one week to send out for repair.

August 4
I called crevier the following to try and get an update and kept getting the run around. No one new what was going on with my car . With my luck the service consultant that took my car in origianlly was fired 2 days after i left my car there.

August 5
It took 5 phone calls ( three of them never got returned) Finally i got transfered to who at the time i thought was the service manager ( richard ) he gave some info on the wheel and told me it be another week before it was done.

August 7
Richard Calls me on saturday telling me that the wheel was repaired, but that another wheel has been damaged while in the shop at crevier. This just took me over the to. I went to see the damage that night. The wheel that was repaired still have minor scuff marks on it. I would normally not be that anal about it but i paid 4500 dollars for the set about a month prior to this incident. I wanted them replaced ofcourse. The assistant service manager said they needed to attemp to repair them and if it is not to my satifacgtion they would then be replaced.

August 10
I called bmw northamerica and unfortunately they cannot help being that the wheels are aftermarket wheels. All they could do is get a hold of the service manager i make him aware of the situation.

August 18
i called to get another update i was told by richard that they would need my car for another week since" i wanted them perfect " Assholes excuse me i am just a little upset.

WHO ELSE CAN I CALL,WRITE OR EMAIL TO HELP ME?

Just be persistent and continue to voice your complaints at crevier. Don't know how much BMWNA would help even if they were OEM, but even small tire/wheel shops replace wheels, so a single rim shouldn't bother the dealer that much.

You meant you left your car in dealer for 20 days already!?
Have you talked Richard's supervisor since he can't really help you?

well yes crevier is going on 21 days now. i was able to talk to the assistant service manager. he says there is nothing he can do since repairing a wheel is such a complex project. and to answer your other ? they are 20 inch maya's and i think the lip in the rear is 4 to 5 inches.

They look so easy to kerb!!!

I have 124 style 18inch - not the same look I know .... but the great thing is the Dunlop SST has a wacking great rib of rubber that protects the wheels from kerbing.

By the way, I'm astonished that the dealer can give you treatment like this!
