What a f*****g amateur.
This dude shouldn't be allowed to drive a tow truck...

They should pay for the repair!

But if you don't get it fixed you will always stare at it and it will bug you every time!

My wife dropped a large can of soup on my hood when bringing the groceries two days ago and now I have a dent their.....She's grounded for that.

For that much to repair, I'd just leave it alone until you want to repaint the whole bumper. Plus it's in the front, people hardly notice it.

I agree Iceman. At the same time, I keep kicking myself at not paying more attention to what the driver was doing.

I waiting for the tow truck company to respond to my claim. Let's see what they come back with.

BTW, BMW Roadside is acting as the mediator for me. Of course, it's not really BMW Roadside, it a service by AAA Michigan.

Just got a visit from the local AAA Motor club representative to look at the damage. He signed off and said the check should be arriving in about 2 to 3 weeks.

I am quite happy with the service from BMW roadside, err, AAA Motor Club. I didn't have to argue, justify, or go through hoops to get this paid.

Don't bother fixing that IMO. The respray could end up looking worse than that little blemish.
