Custom Interior Courtesy lights MOD with LEDS

i was in a friends car which was a Lexus GS 2009, and she had courtesy lights on in white led type style...they were on throughout the floor of the car... the lights stood on while she was driving and were activated once the headlights came on... really cool!! anyone ever do this on this forum. Maybe run some led strips throughout the car and wire it to the headlight switch or something...
