Driving along today and screen showed CC malfunction.
Tried the switch ignition off method to fix but no joy.

Common problem? y/n

My Ride: 2005 530I Prem Package, Cold Weather, Prem Sound, Bluetooth and Sat.

Mine has been to the dealer 3 times for this going back again tommorrow for the 4th time

I drove mine again today and the message had gone - so probably just software glitch. Hope you get yours fixed.

Look out for new fellow member (with my old car) complaining about all sorts of problems soon

Are you guys talking about active cruise control or just the regular CC? I've never even tried the CC in this car. I dont know how it works or if it even works.
