Creeking Dashboard!!! WTF

All sorts of things creak in my E60.
Seats, something on the rear deck, the dash on occasion. Not to mention the trim paint peeling, door window console peeling, etc. Considered normal wear and tear...
BMW interiors are seriously lacking compared to the competition...
Maybe they need a lesson on how to make a seriously quiet cabin from Lexus...

I have only had creaking from my windshield since I installed coilovers. Other than that my car has no random squeaks, creaks, or rattles. I think it's simply because with lower, stiffer shocks my chassis is flexing more than it used to so the windshield creaks. I will add some strut tower braces (although I can't find one for the rear shocks) and that should help immensely.

A tip for you; try lubricating the window seal, especially on the lower edge of the window. At first, lubricate your finger (), then slip your finger under the seal and lubricate the whole lower edge, maybe the A-pillars too . Works for me!
Just don't use anything that contains silicone.

My car creaks. I've learned to turn a deaf ear. Mainly it's the A pillar, to parts of the door/seal, dash and the moonroof. Although I was able to pin point the moonroof creak to the wind deflector piece that was bouncing around and hitting the moonroof. It sounded like 2 bottles in the rear seat hitting each other.
