Only the pre-LCI halogen needs 4 bulbs and there is nog good LED solution for these lamps. You hardly will notice them during the day.

Cree LED bulb ? Led bulb made by cree or with Cree LED's and which type ? Anyway if its a halogen then there no good solution.

Yah, the high powered ones you can throw in there, but they tend to just burn out because of the heat from the halogen low beams as well.

You can try, but like I said, it'll just die from the heat from the low beams. Unless you never drive at night, otherwise don't expect it to last more than a week or two.

This won't work because :
- Don't believe for a second this can handle the 5W it says it does, heatsink is just to small. Meaning the light output won't be correct either. Trust me I know this as its my profession.
- The light comes only out at the top, unlike the halogen W5W lamp where there is light in all directions. With only light coming out at the top it won't work properly in the headlamp.

Actually, the way the pre-lci halogen is designed, it will. And it will look decent to be honest. Not like daytime bright like Orions and the new BMWs, but it's decent. But it won't last for crap.

for prelci E60's, MTEC V3's do not require a resistor for error free, it is LED based, and not a halogen bulb
