hi all can some 1 tell me where I can find the crankshaft sencor on a 05 bmw e60 523i n52 engine

My Ride: 2006 530i, Jet Black, Tan, Premium, Steptronic

The crank position sensor is located behind/under the starter on the N52 engine. Are you sure that your 2.3L 2005 engine is a N52?
