I have recently replaced a Starter from a local mechanic. It was runninh nice and quite until I parked one night and other morning it cranks but doesn't starts. Ignition seems fine. Could be something else.?? It stays ON for like 2 seconds and power cuts off.

Can you get the DTC codes, please?
My car did the opposite. It sat around for a week and then one day wouldn't start. I had to replace the starter.

No DTC light on the dash but I see some airbags and check engine Light ( probably) because of some o2 sensor NOT SURE THOUGH. Attaching a video link down below.

Also the last time, someone filled quarter of tank with Regular fuel. Fuel remaining RANGE 35KM.
Oh I just Literally replaced the Battery!!!! Replaced it at home from bolt to bolt. That's all I did. Let me know if anything related to new battery should be done. I am super confused Rn

Seems like you got some other things going on than just the starter. Someone here would have surely responded to your post saying "did you check the battery?".

Just Fixed the problem (won't start) with refueling the Car with 91Octane! Turns out, the Range meter on the dash isn't 100% accurate. It was showing 35km range😥

Hmm you're taking the tank down quite low. I am not sure if that's good for either your fuel pump or fuel sending units. Back when I had my first BMW, I used to use low octane fuel until my mechanic schooled me. Also, don't use cheap gas. Well you can use cheap gas and then use an additive but it comes out close to the same price though.

Never keep cranking a car like that. After the first couple of times you should stop. You could burn the new starter you just put in or you never know if it's the chain or not and just created a bigger problem by bending a valve. I was going to say check the fuel but looks like you figured it out
