haha now that I have your attention I just bought a 08 535i. Its got 46k on it and I notice some of the rubber trim around the front and back windsheild is cracking really bad, and in some places its chucks out. Will BMW replace this. I have a service light on for the brake fluid and need to take it in. What would you do?

wouldn't hurt to ask since you're still under warranty

Besides, I think those are pretty cheap fixes anyway. Planning to replace rear soon even though it's not that bad yet.

Mine is the same. I was thinking of taking it to an auto glass place to replace the rubber around the front and rear windows.

I think there is a DIY or something similar to it for the rubber trim replacement. No need to bring it to the glass place because I think they'll BS you around with the "we need to take out your windshield to replace it" line.
