I'm still impressed about mine.
They had to take it out and put it back in because the glue needed to be replaced (had strange wind noise when driving fast), and the windshield stayed in perfect condition. A week agoa stone hit my windshield while driving 190 Km/h on the Autobahn and you can barely see wher the impact was, no crack, just a little chip, almost not noticeable...

Hi,

Go Change it under warranty. Don't take NO for an answer. Mine was just changed last week ... had to drop and e-mail to BMW Germany and they confirmed this.

Though not sure if the new glass will hold out. <_<

Well I joined the group of people with a cracked windshield. I have a crack at the passenger side starting at the edge and going to the middle of the front windshield.

I have checked very carefully and there is a miniscule little mark of a stone that hit the windshield at the start of the crack so no warranty for me I think. I think it is ridiculous that the windshield cracked so easily.. Well my car is going in at the dealer for the 4th time in 3 weeks for the tires (again) and the windshield..

I am really dissapointed with the car. I have never experienced so many problems with a car in such a short time.. :thumbsdown:
