Please forgive me if this question has already been answered.
I have a 2008 535i and recently had the M Aerodynamic Kit installed by an independent body shop, will this affect the new car and CPO warranties at all?

nope!.. incase if it falls apart u cant go to bmw to have it fixed since u had it installed at an indy shop..
