So with these times on Club Lexus... I guess the IS 350 is capable of 5.00 Flat.

Ya I'm too guessing it'll fall behind in triple digits... it is a V6 in the end and only 270 TQ. But then if we start from 0 mph I think the IS 350 will get ahead enough for the 545 to really have to fight to catch up even in the triple digits.

I want to run in cooler temperature. We knew the heat would have affected the times but since everyone was running under the same heat we got a good comparison on what each car can do.

I'm sure I can shave off a little time if I practice lauching. :P Impressive none the less 5.00 flat in 80 degrees even if the G-timer is off its still impressive! :wow:

Hollywood! Lets do a run!! :D

Yes sirrr let's do a clean run head to head. I'm sure it will turn out like the previous two I encountered. Almost a dead tie both ways.

brb taking off a coat of autoglym :P

All these stories put together with the runs explain why it's so hard to negotiate with those damn 350's

I'm actually thinking of trading my car for it

That's insane. It looks like a Mazda. Quick or not, its still a Toyota.

vegastrashed 07-30-2006 09:33 PM

Hey,
I'm here. Damn stupid IS350... :P

I'm not going to take a IS350 from a dig anytime soon... :notworthy: From a roll starting at 60, bring it on! :D

vegastrashed 07-30-2006 09:34 PM

Ok Eric. No more messing with IS' :P

I had way too many runs with those damn quick cars  I must admit, they can keep up.

I wanna try another run with the G-meter, I remember my time 0-60 5.27 1/4 mile 13.80 Looks like I have to borrow a set of 18'' lightweights from my cousins work and do another test run haha. If road & track can hit 5.0 I don't see why our 550's can't.

What the hell Jiio? 5.6???!?!?! come on!! hahahhaah jk

Goodtimes today :D

Hello??? You're borrowing my G-Meter. Now go on and "launch" some more. I'm definitely going to be experimenting with my launchs like grogan545 mentioned. I was disappointed in my best time today. Stupid me on my first run I forgot to turn off my A/C, radio, and AIBs. My first time was like 6.4x
