I'm considering a new 5 and I have a few questions.

Can I order the 545i with the aluminum trim without much hassle? I'm not a big fan of the wood. Has anyone done this or do you just have to order the new trim pieces seperatly and have them installed after you take delivery of your car?

Why doesn't BMWUSA's build your own have the priority one options? I don't really know if I want them if I can't get the heated steering wheel and headlight cleaning system. Any idea why BMW doesn't let America have the cold package and ventilated seats? Since other countries can get all these options together, is there any way a US car could get these?
