Thumbs up

Hey everyone,
I was wondering if any of you know of an email that we can send our technical and other questions about our cars to, I am looking for someone in Germany.

Someone posted this phone number in Munich +49 180 232 4252 but i would rather email than spend my money on something the local dealership should know.

I need to send a full email with my case to Germany please help me out here.

I have tried to e-mail BMW Germany several times through their homepage. However, they only forwarded the messages to the local office in Sweden. Two weeks ago I told them NOT to just the pass the message along but I have not yet recieved a reply other than a confirmation that the message was recieved. Their strategy is probably to stay away from the costumers as far as possible. The local dealers are suppose to that care of any complaints.

Other than the don't knows that i get here, the BRANCH MANAGER here keeps assuming and giving me answers that do not answer my questions.
There must be a way to contact those people, I wish someone from germany reads this and gives us an email.
