I had on my last two e60s and I like it a lot. In the LCI it is noticeably better than the original iteration.

My '05 545 has it and I like it a lot- I will most certainly get it on my next 5.

Sorry I'm a no. It deprives me of any sensation how the front wheels are loading up, without this the chassis is not predicatable I cannot feel limits of grip or the pivot to the rear much (although this last point is a mystery to me why it is so). To me mine does not feel like a BMW to drive. I've stopped driving it round corners now and just mosey along. E60s are supposed to be sporty number and I feel a little short changed after previous 3's.

Positives are parking, a certain effortless and it's accurate.

I actually looked up AS today to see if it can be disconnected.
