Hi all, just finished battery registration on my 2008 535xi E61. Followed all the possible posts and diy's I could find, and I think it was done correctly.
My job was- change the original 110ah to 92ah agm.
Used the latest coding software for the $40 cable and all was smooth.
Steps
1.changed the VO/FA from -B110 to -A090
2.coded CAS to 90ah_amg
3.used the toolset32 to register the battery.
NOW MY QUESTION? IS THERE A WAY verify my work in INPA 5.0.6 ?
Thank you Roman

Anyone know if most proper group sizes will work such as one of these : ODYSSEY Batteries - Find a Battery
Seems like better construction than what dealer sells and for same or less $

Go to Advance Auto Parts and get an AGM if your car currently has AGM or a non-AGM if if currently has a non-AGM.

Yes, their lookup shows the right battery. BMW batteries are typical Euro batteries like MB, Volvo, Audi, VW, and John Deere use. (yes John Deere. My JD 6400 uses a group 94/H7 battery. Its a Germany built tractor)

I travel and camp frequently as well as leave the car sitting often so I'd like the best battery to deal with that. As far as I can tell, the Odyssey is made in the US.
Just ordered this directly from maker: http://shop.odysseybattery.com/p/pc1350-a?pp=12
