Condensation in headlamp

My Ride: 54 535d Msport chipped to 330ish bhp, Carbon Schwartz, Beige Leather, Mahogany Trim, 19" Double spoke rims with Pirelli Pzero Nero boots

i have some condensation in my N/S headlamp, only shows up in cold conditions. it got in because the back doesn't close properly. solved this problem but everytime i think i've got rid of it and seal back up it shows again HELP!!!

Usually that means there is a crack somewhere or a bad seal. If your car is still under warranty, the should replace it for you.

Condensation is normal since the headlights ar not completely sealed.
If you see water spots/drops on the inside, then you need to see the dealer to get it fixed.

can you be more specific? by N/S do you mean not stock? If you feel that they are seal up well, remove the bulbs from the back and blow some compressed air inside the headlight to help get the moisture out, then leave the bulbs out and park the car in the sun to evaporate any remaining moisture. reinstall bulbs and recheck, but normally there is either a crack in the lens or housing, or the seal between the lens and housing is leaking.

the condensation has gone just now but if i seal the back up it comes back again is there an easy way of gettin moisture out or takin lamp out without takin bumper off or electrocutin myself???
