Comfort Seats Stopped working
Hi all, its been a while! I just lost the ability to manually adjust my driver comfort seat. However, when i turn on or turn off the ignition, the seat automatically adjusts to the programmed positions. There is obviously no loss of power since it still works automatically. Can anyone please tell me why the manual buttons on the side of the chair do not work?

Could be a loose connection under the seat, the blackwire from the switch pack controls the seat movement via the SZM module in the centre console.
Have you got INPA so that you can connect up to your car and power the seat via the software to test the connections.

Thanks for your response. Apparently my INPA is no longer supported with the app so it doesn't connect anymore.
But on a good note, the seat controls miraculously started working again on its own. So i just left it alone. But i will look for that loose connection as you suggested if the problem persists. Thanks!

I wouldn't be surprised if the seat controls on these have matrix contacts. If true, one contact could just be dirty and holding the circuit open. Jiggling all the switches may have cleaned that contact. Speculating only, no real data.
