Comfort seats retrofit

My car is fitted with standard seats and as I drive long distances almost daily, seats are not comfortable at all. Can any one give me reliable information of possibility to change them to comfort seats considering that my current seats are:
-Driver seat with memory
-Passenger seat, electrick wioth no memory
-Both are not heated seats.

lots of threads n this one......do a search.... what i can tell you...is that it is very costly... there is someone who did the swap....
