Default coding

can anyone point me in the direction of a straight forward download of the software needed for coding.

i cannot seem to get anything to work in regards to inpa or ncsexpert.

vin faulty errors
nothing showing up in inpa
etc.

ive about had it with trying to figure this out and im about to just toss the cable and cut my losses. i have 2 days in with trying to get this stuff set up to no avail.

With both not working seems to me the problem could be in the driver for the USB to serial port and/or com port number and/or port speed.
