Every time I slow down/brake to a stop, I hear/feel a very faint clunk in the steering wheel as the speed drops through 22km/h (about 15mph). Seems to coordinate with the transmission downshifting as it doesn't seem to do it if I lock in M3.

Any ideas why or if it's a defect I should be concerned about?
