Hi

When I push the maximum cooling button absolutely nothing happens. Has anybody encountered this problem and know how to get it fixed?

have you gone into i-drive and set the temperature blue display bars to max?
make sure they are not in red zone.

Hi

According to the dealer the Maximum Cooling function only works when the outside temp is above 10 centigrades. Reasonable I guess ... and for sure I do not need maximum cooling anyway in Denmark during the winter!

the dealer is correct. I'm in NYC at 17F and the maximum cooling function will not come on unless the ambiet temperature is 68. There are some buttons that are not meant to be pressed or pushed until needed.
