Going to do the intake valve cleaning on my N54 and thought i shoudl clean the MAF and throttle body. However I found some stuff for throttle bodies at the store and it said not for use on turbocharged engines, some of the MAF cleaner said not for certain MAF models.

what do you all use and what is safe for the N54 engine?

The n54 doesn't have a MAF. I've never cleaned my TB, but I don't see why one cleaning solution would work for NA cars but not turbo cars.
Honestly I would just use some carb cleaner to clean the TB.

The n54 uses a MAP which measures density rather than air flow.
