Well, after two additional CIP Updates that didnt fix the problem and a PUMA problem process with BMW , I am pleased to report that everything is working perfectly with RDS and everything else since the dealer updated my car to CIP 21.02 last week.

BTW: They gave me a new 330i as a courtesy car while my 5 was being reprogammed.. WOW.. the new 6 cyl motor in that body makes it an absolute Rocket.. However , Still prefer the size and creature comforts of my 530..

No, that was probably the FINAL REPORT which shows the software level before and after update. That is a list of numbers with no real information that can be derived. They run a MEASURES PLAN first to determine IF you need an update. If none was needed then a copy of MEASURES PLAN would simply state your software level as is for each module. The specifics of what each update to each module consists of is not provided (and I'm not sure the techs even know, but not good if that is the case).
