Decided to go for an early morning drive today before going to all the Christmas do's today..hope you enjoy these photos from Adelaide
My first stop at a small country town and the only reasonable looking building was this chapel so...
I liked this one as it really shows the Adelaide country landscape..
Nice straight long roads with no traffic
A sign of things to come..my favourite part of this morning run..
The view from here is normally great but it today it rained out...slippery roads but the car handled well..
On the way back to Adelaide city, decided to take a short cut on a dirt track..it was fun getting lost for a while

My Ride: '04 545iS 6 spd, bought new via eBay, 11/05; Blk/Gry, Cold, L7, PDC, BMW Rear seatcover for pets.
First "Bumwa" was a new 1971 2002. High performance 5s since 1987. Beamer motorcycles too, currently on an 07 BMW K1200 GT; also a Moto Guzzi 1000 SP III.
VERY nice travelogue shots. I am planning to do the same thing around 2pm, except on my newest BMW, the K1200GT at left. This for me is truly remarkable, as our temps are in the 40s--about +20F above normal. Rain snow coming in over next 2 days and after that, the salt will be everywhere. No more joy rides until spring.

Glad you guys enjoyed the pics. It takes about 1.5hrs to get to these spots but the route there is filled with windy roads, straight open stretches and more. If any of you plan to come to Adelaide do drop me a note and I'll take ya for a cruise
