Lucky you all US E60 owners!! Who uses rear fogs anyway lol ....front fogs is a different topic

Seriously - been driving for around 16 years and remember "needing" the rear fogs no more than twice here in London. And even on those two occasions I wondered whether I should bother. Gets annoying when those (with manual on/off) who do put the rear fogs on forget to turn them off even weeks after the "fog" has gone

Suggestion - Hey Bruce - disclaimer - no problem, I'll sign one to keep the original Ricky Effect. Because frankly without the rear fogs, car won't pass the MOT.

My mod of the Fog light can still manual on/off to pass the MOT. 99% driver never turn on rear Fog during driving or even don't where is the rear fog switch.

Pre-LCI w/ v6 cable -

I'm concerned regarding the safety aspect of this as well but I would also be interested in a cable set providing that it integrated seemlessly with the V6 and LCI lights. Any pics of the results of the Ricky mod that we can add to this thread for reference?

question, why don't we have it so only the rods light up as taillights and make the foglight bulb go from off to full brightness when the brakes are pressed? that would provide a large enough visual difference.
