Changing "Eye Brows" Color?

Is it possible to change the "eyebrow" and the side led of the front head lights to a different color? I know its possible to change the angel eyse to different colors... Any help would be appreciated... BTW, (too lazy to start two topics) how much does it cost for everyone to turn their wheels (switch from front to back) and get it aligned and everyone at the dealer? Mine charged me over 3000 baht, which amounts to about 75 USD but compare that to the 20 USD they charged me to encode the aux in adapter?????
