My Ride: 2007 535xiT (E61) prem & sport package
changed valvecover gasket, but car won't start
hi guys, new to this forum and need your help badly. so i changed the valve cover gasket on the car. upon removing the valvetronic, the cam position changed so i thought i may have an issue when i put it all together. and my gut was right. i put it all back together now and the car won't start up. i thought the electronic controls would reset the valvetronic? what do i need to do to trouble shoot and fix? i have a generic code reader, which is telling me p0206, but that is all. need your help quick.thanks.

My Ride: '06 530i, '07 C280 4matic, '98 ML320
Did you reconnect the electrical connectors to the valvetronic motor as well as valvetronic sensor connector on the valve cover?
