Radio frequency shouldn't change. The NAV system gets signals from the GPS satellites and I doubt there is a different signal for Europe vs. USA. The system uses a DVD disc with regional data on it and then tracks your position based on the GPS signals. You probably just need to get a European navigation disc for the system to operate. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

European radio freq. are quite different - they are spaced 100 kilohertz apart instead of 200 kilohertz apart.

Duh! I know that radio waves for broadcasting FM and AM signals are different. I misread the OP. I thought he was trying to adjust radio freq. to his navigation in Europe. Nevermind!

The imagery conjured up by what you just said makes me think of how Lufthansa and other airlines had to aim the satellite for Connexion while aloft.

the only thing thet important to me is to listen to radio but now i can not put the radio exactly on the station frequency because the radio in usa mode have 200 hertz frequency step .
example: the raio can play 97.7 the next step 97.9 (i can not have 97.8 )
i think to buy new European radio (ccc) to solve this problem, but my dealer say that not sure that i can change (maybe cip software prevent the change)
example: the raio can play 97.7 the next step 97.9 (i can not have 97.8 )

I had no problem receiving radio signals with my U.S. spec car when in Europe, no CCC reprogramming, but I did not get all stations because of the different stepping in megahertz.
