Change Brake fluid msg on idrive

My Ride: 545i/6

It cant be normal for the brake fluid to need to be changed within 16k miles of the last change, or is it? Doesnt seem to be leaking anywhere that I can tell.

Nothing to do with mileage, should be every 2 years.

Ahhh, gotcha. I went and looked at the vehicle history report from the dealer (I encourage everyone to get this if they bought their car pre-owned) and sure enough the last change was exactly 2 years ago.
