Center seat belt stuck

Hey guys,
Having a little issue issue with my back seat center seatbelt. I folded down my rear seats to carry my new m5 bumper to the body shop and when I tried to put everything back to normal, I noticed that my rear center seatbelt will not come back out of the rear deck. Any tips as to how I can get my seat belt to release? Tried searching but didnt see much, any help would be greatly appreciated.
