Hi all. I have a question. I am looking for the part number for the cubby hole in the center console. The cubby hole is right above the seat heating buttons. My car does not have the cubby hole and I would like to switch out the piece for the one with the cubby hole. I need someplace to throw my phone or ipod. Thanks in advance for everyones help.

You probably have nav--that storage area isn't there in cars with nav--I believe that's where the nav module is located.

Same topic different question. Has anyone successfully removed the cell phone holder from the console? We could have lots of storage space if that thing was removed.

When I did my iPod hardwire install I removed the top storage container. You can see it circled on the passenger seat in this pic (I don't have a phone cradle, so the storage container goes in its place). There are 4 torx screws (circled in the pic). The piece it attaches to has a plastic hinge on each side, but it looked like you'd have to damage it to remove it, so I didn't. If you don't plan to reinstall it, get a big screw driver and wedge it out.

The cubby hole is part of the entire trim piece that covers the center console. You can't buy it separately, and if you have wood trim it's going to cost you a pretty penny. Sorry.

If your car doesnt have it that means you have Navigation?
