Is it possible to convert WMA fromat records ripped off from studio CDs into MP3 so that one could read them in our E60 cars?
I use Exact Audio Copy w/LAME encoder @ 256kbps VBR:
http://users.pandora.be/satcp/tutorials.htm
Then I volume normalize with MP3Gain @ 94dB:
http://mp3gain.sourceforge.net/
This will produce very high quality MP3 files. Then you can use Nero or another program to produce a MP3 CD.
You can also use iTunes instead of the above, but the quality is not very good.

I am not a CD expert. But, yes. But, be careful, if they really are rip offs, then 10% are programmed to explode.

You make another one of you inane replies. First...one would ask...why bother replying if you have nothing to add? Then, to add insult to injury, it's another one of your confused posts.
I attempt to make an innocuous reply, but you have to have a come-back...
I've got a suggestion. Rather than cluttering up every thread in the forum with your inane responses, why don't you go do another 4 or 5 time trials with your car...be sure to adjust the results for the direction of the sun ...and add another 300 word post to one of your drag racing threads...this way it will be easy to avoid your waste-of-time posts...

Once again you have embarassed yourself publicly. Don't you see yourself? I take your comments to mean that you have rejected my latest reconciliation attempt. I guess I knew that though since you did not reply.

A prime example is the racing timer thread--I mean, you've made over 100 posts in that thread--an average of 7/day--most so long and convoluted that they're laughable--and many responding to yourself...responding to yourself!

Sorry I'm with stream. If you have nothing to add to the thread, other than getting your post count up, then stay out. Znod you are terrible for this, but you're not the only one.
(I am also pissed of with crappy, over-long signatures, but hey - live and let live)
Now to add something to the OP!
A .wma file is Microsoft's compressed format that plays natively in Windows Media Player.
There are several s/w convertors available either as shareware, or full paid programs. If you Google wma to mp3 you'll find loads available, most can be trialled.
