I have just noticed that my CD drive continues playing after i have switched the car off.I have just had a CIP update to version 20, this did not happen before the update. The idrive is now super fast almost instant boot up when i turn the ignition on.

do you have pro nav or business nav? I mean one slot in the center dash or two slots?
also what do you mean by playing? you can actually hear the music or just the cd drive makes noise???

I have pro nav,you can't hear it playing. When you come back to the car after leaving it for a while it's on a different track from what you left it on.If you use the knob to turn it off it's fine stays where it is left, if you switch it off just with the ignition key with the engine it carries on.When playing MP3's theres a timer which tells you how long the track has been playing, if you switch off with the key and leave it for a bit then switch back on the timer has moved on or Cd's moved to the next track. This was an problem with earlier CIP versions if I remember correctly.!!!
