My Ride: 04 545i

Hey guys,

I am looking into getting some type of Diagnostic software to check on errors, faults etc.

Does carsoft work for for 04 545's?
Any other you guys recommend?

carsoft is shit, there is only 1 good diagnostic tool for the bmw at the moment and it costs the earth.

My Ride: My ex-ride: EU '08 LCI 520dA. Space Grey, Sport Seats in Black Leather/Fabric Anthracite, Sport Steering Wheel, A/C with Extended Features, Hi-Fi Speakers, Cup Holders, Cruise with Braking function, Folding Rear Seats, Xenons, Park Distance Control.

BMW dealers live on this.

Maybe your car would also?

Carsoft is indeed shit, the best solution is INPA which is easy to setup and is used in BMW factories to diagnose faults on the production line.
