Carbon black VS saphire black

It appears slightly blacker. The average person would not likely notice. The metallic saphire black is slightly more reflective.

I think that Black Sapphire is darker than Carbon Black. In bright sunlight/light Carbon Black has a "blue hue" to it. I would say that most E39 M5's and M3's that you'll see are Carbon Black. Jet black being just that, Jet Black
