I've seen multiple posts from people telling how carbaflo was applied to stop door squeaks. Where exactly is the carbaflo applied? Can I buy it, and if so where? Does it address the squeaks permanently or temporarily? I hear squeaks when I go over bumps. They sound like they come from behind me, and now I'm wondering whether they are the door squeaks other claim are fixed with Carbaflo.

It is a very high priced / over priced lubricant. It is a tempporary fix at best and IMO, overused as a quick fix when there is something more difficult which should be fixed.
The squeaks coming from behind you could be the windows (which Carboflo would fix) or it could be the seats (leather on leather - try some leather conditioner like Lexol) or the rear shelf. The yarea ll fairly common.

When it is applied to the doors, is it only applied to where the windows and
doors touch on the felt, or is it also applied to the seal of the doors to the car body?

My Ride: 2004 530i
I just applied silicon remover/carbaflo to my car this morning. Worked great, although it sounds like from reading the forums that some only have temporary results from this.
The TSB is here: Squeaking Noise from Door Seals
I just purchased my CPO 530i on 12/30 from out of town dealer. They sent a new container of each to me so I can easily apply again if necessary. I can only hope, that unlike a few others, my fix will be long term so I do not have to search for another solution with a service dept.
