Car wont start....is the key or the starter...
 

Hello All,

I got to work and parked in the garage only to go out to leave and my car wont start. :(:( I just got the car on Tuesday....any good bmw repairmen in MD??
After AAA sent 3 drivers, I had it towed to BMW of Alexandria...should I be worried??:question::question:

It depends. My buddy just had the starter replaced on his 535 and it was $1200 at the dealer. His car was also not starting. But the problem was on/off for a few weeks before it finally gave in.

It could have been causing trouble for a while before you bought it seeing you only got it last Tuesday.
I replaced the starter in my friends E60 about a year ago. He had been driving it with no problems and then suddenly at my house it stopped.
