Yep I did but they only release the car after payment had been effected. I had already paid and there was nothing left I could do. Hope I get it sorted but BMW Malta suck anywAy. And it's the only dealer.

dont be such a pansy... Walk into the dealership showroom (daily if need be) and verbally and loudly complain about the damage to your car! The squeaky wheel gets the grease!!!

Bad publicity and bad PR is the worst for them.... A private court battle will not yield anything.
