Thanks for all the replies guys! @AJH: You have no idea how much stress I've had because of this whole situation. OK, problem is solved.
The new fuel pump the dealer had put in, failed again after driving the car 57 miles (to dallas). So dealer replaced the fuel pump again and since then the car has been running smooth.
I appreciate all the feedback.
