Ok, I just went out and put the vaseline on the door seals. So we'll see how well that does. No one said how much to put on there, so I'll just see how long that lasts, and when it comes back, I'll just put more on there. That beats taking it to a dealer and wasting time, and being without my BEAST!!!!
Thanks again guys.

I had the same problem on my '05 530d and it was really irritating me.
I cleaned the seals and applied vaseline as shown in the link earlier in this thread (I also applied it on all door seals), and problem gone!! And it only took me 5 more minutes when cleaning car the car. Even if the problem should come back in a couple of weeks, 5 minutes every one month or two is definitively worth it.

I must admit, I was a little skeptical about this working, and guess what? I was wrong. It works like a charm. No more squeaking for me. It's great.
Just wanted to share.
Thanks for everyone's help on this issue.

no squeaks here. there are some sounds from the car flexing when hitting bumps but it seems normal. i make sure that no type of wax/stuff touches the seals when washing my car - just used water. i read that wax/cleaning products will make the seal squeaks.
