car shakes at 60mph when cold

My 2004 530i shakes like a wet dog over 100ks. Had the wheels balanced 3 times, and have just had them balanced again by a company who thinks they have fixed it. I'm not confident at all. As a matter of fact - I'm not sure I should have a BMW after the crap I'm going though with this car - and some of the remarkably helpful BMW service people (NOT)
