Car is in for Service - Increased Battery Drain

My Ride: 10 X5 35d

LOADED
Car is in for the battery drain issue, they have a few parts coming in for replacement. I guess one of the parts is explosive so it is 3-5 days via ground.
Loaner given was a 135i.

After turning the car off I was getting the "Increased Battery Discharge" warning. I was even using a trickle charger and using the car everyday and still the same issue. They are shipping some sort of battery wire?
