Being towed to dealer now. Happened on Eastex Fwy in Houston last night, just out of nowhere. Luckily I was about 3 miles from work, and was able to limp it back over about an hour and a half, and take our company truck home last night.

 

Keep us updated...might be the water pump or thermostat. Did you hear your fan kick on SUPER HIGH?

 

Yes, sounded like a turbo prop spinning under my hood.

 

YUP! We had two car's that we worked on that did that and we replaced the water pump and thermostat. I don't think dealer will change both most likely water pump only.

 

It's warranty, they'll probably do both for the billing. haha
