Do all E60 has this option? If not. Do my 04 with comfort seats and el steering have it?

I would call this a standard feature rather than an option. The main benefit is when there are two drivers that require individual settings, seat adjustment/steering wheel position being the main ones I guess, and their key retains their settings in memory. However,if the second key is a spare,it is necessary to go through all your original settings for the spare if you want the same selections on both.I spotted this when I used my spare and immediately noticed that the door unlocking was not to my choice.Throughout the owners handbook, there is a phrase used relating to "the key in use"(or similar). That is the main reason why I don't bother with manual settings for Climate.

Yes it is. Mine has the regular key (an early production '06) and both keys store the different settings that my wife and I prefer.
