I saw some electrical specs posted, with normal ranges, but I could not find it. Anyone else getting more that 15.6 volts at the lighter?

You can use a meter to test it...

A standard electrical meter should do it. The are like $10 at any hardware store.

I get 12 with the ignition on and 14.5 with the engine running. I assume your getting 15.6 with the alternator output but I don't know what the normal operating range should be. Doubt your high enough to adversely affect any of the electrical systems or any accessories powered throught the cig outlet.

Yes, I checked with a multimeter...

14.5 with the engine running is normal. If all electrical are turned on, it will drop to 13+, enough to keep charging the battery.

More the voltage is more power comes out from every non regulated equipment and more pwer more wearing 15,6 is too high, at least when engine idle! That should be checked.
